I found this company about 7 years ago. Margaret helped me when I was a teen and found me an affordable quote when everyone else was too high. I recommended all my family and friends to her! Years later I came back and was nervous since Margaret stepped back, but the whole team is just as amazing. Their customer service is top-tier. Worked with Rob for homeowners insurance. No upsells. Good outreach policy. He didn’t blast me with phone calls every day. He called me to set up the policy and the first policy didn’t get approved and he had another one ready within minutes. That one got approved and he even made sure to increase the rebuild payout amount to more appropriately match the cost of my home. Great service.

I first contacted Baltimore Insurance Network on 2/20 and it was a cold call in the sense I wasn’t referred by anyone. I found their business information by doing a Google search. I was very blessed because Rob Turnblacer was the person who answered the phone. Rob was very kind, knowledgeable and I couldn’t have been in better hands. We just moved to Virginia from Texas in late January so we had to take care of so many business items. The process was quite daunting at times so when Rob seamlessly made our insurance transfer complete it was a huge benefit for us. Rob followed up with me after we had the policy in place to make sure everything was the way we wanted it to be. Thank you Rob.
